Lace Weight Recycled Cashmere Yarn in Blue

100% cashmere yarn, carefully reclaimed from a gently worn men’s sweater.  This yarn is two-ply and lace weight, soft and luxurious. The color is a classic medium blue, not too bright, with very slight purple-gray undertones.

This sweater yielded four skeins:

• 720 yards / 658 meters, 1.8 ounces / 52 grams, 2 knots
• 700 yards / 640 meters, 1.75 ounces / 49 grams, 2 knots
• 670 yards / 613 meters, 1.7 ounces / 48 grams, 2 knots (Quantity: 2)

Cashmere is light, warm, soft, and surprisingly durable. Handwash in lukewarm water with a wool-safe detergent (or a squirt of shampoo and a dab of conditioner), and dry flat.
